Obituary of Marjorie Publicover

Marjorie Publicover (84) – Marge passed away Saturday, February 20, 2016 in the South Shore Regional Hospital. Born in Toronto she was the daughter of the late Frank and Kathleen (Coolen) Prosser. She is survived by sisters Roseleen (Jack) and Marguerite. Step children Cathy (Butch), Ernlie (Petra), Lynn, Michael (Debbie) and George. Marge was also the proud grandmother to Evelyn (Mark), Patricia (Wayne), Laura (Justin), Donald, Julia, Ernlie, Zach, Michaela and Nathan as well as great grandmother to Brooke, Bailey and Chloe. She was predeceased by her husband Donald, brothers Frank and Raymond, sisters Francis and Kathleen. Marge worked at the Halifax Infirmary in the pharmacy before retiring to Hemford with husband Donald where they made many new friends and lived a very happy retirement. There will be a visitation at Sweeny’s Funeral Home (4895 Highway 10, New Germany) on Saturday, February 27th at 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. There will be no formal service. Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation.
