Obituary of Murray Leander Snyder

Murray Leander Snyder Age 75, of Conquerall Bank passed away on Wednesday July 6, 2016 in his home. Born in Bridgewater, he was the son of the late Leander and Etta (Wile) Snyder. Murray is survived by his wife of 52 years, Gloria (Oickle); daughters Marie (Glen) Murphy, Bridgewater; Marlene (Leon) Mosher, Lunenburg; sisters Maggie Snyder-Crouse and Greta Hirtle both of Bridgewater; grandchildren Nick, Alyson and Patrick Murphy and Kelsie, Maisy and Joey Mosher; great grandson Emerson Murphy along with several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers Roy and William. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. There will be no visitation by request. Funeral service will be held 11:00 A.M., Saturday July 9 in Sweeny’s Funeral Chapel, Bridgewater, Rev. Michael Mitchell officiating. A private family burial will take place at a later date.
