Obituary of Gertrude Miriam Veinot

Gertrude Miriam Veinot 94, formerly of Maplewood, Lunenburg Co., died Saturday, June 11, 2016 in Rosedale Home for Special Care, New Germany, where she had been residing. Born in Scarsdale, she was a daughter of the late Adam and Ella (Mossman) Webber. Surviving are her daughters, June (Mervin) Rhodenizer, Maplewood; Miriam (Merle) Rhodenizer, Parkdale; Sharon (Wade) Carver, Middle Cornwall; Sheila Veinot (Frank), North River; sons, Ralph (Louise), Upper Northfield; Ivan (Sharon), Scarsdale; Rex (Bonnie), Maplewood; 16 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great grandchildren; sister, Thelma Pierce, Fairview; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased husband, Maynard Veinot; daughter, Faye in infancy and twin sisters at birth, Thurza London, Frances Hubley, Zella Burns, Susan Webber, E. Marie Snyder; brothers, Leroy Webber, Franklin Webber; 3 grandchildren. No visitation at the funeral home by request. Private family graveside service will take place in Parkdale Community Cemetery, Parkdale. Rev. Sam Jess officiating.
