Obituary of John Dagley

John Owen Dagley 79, of Italy Cross, Lunenburg County, passed away August 21, 2003 in the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Italy Cross, he was a son of the late John and Josie (Wile) Dagley. He is survived by his special friend, Nita Conrad, Hebbs Cross; sons, Keith (Catherine), West Dublin; James (Nancy), Italy Cross; daughters, Barbara (Wayne) Wamboldt, Middlewood; Mary (Perry) Hill; Hubley, Halifax County; 8 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; brother, Duncan, Italy Cross; half sister, Florence, Lynn, Mass. He was predeceased by son, Arnold; brothers, Ivan, Wallace; sister, Helen Stewart; 2 half brothers and 2 half sisters. Visitation will be Friday from 7 to 9pm in Sweeny’s Funeral Chapel, Bridgewater and from where funeral service will be held 1:30pm Saturday, Rev Paul Jensen officiating. Burial will follow in the Italy Cross United Cemetery. Family flowers only. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of your choice.
