Obituary of Theodore MacKay

Theodore Bernard MacKay 62, Union Square, Lunenburg Co., passed away September 1, 2003 at home. Born in Upper Northfield he was a son of the late Keith and Annie (MacKay) MacKay. He was a member of St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Union Square where he was a past warden. Surviving are his wife the former Sylvia Veinot. Daughter, Charlene MacKay, Rose Bay; Sons, Todd (Sheila Filmore), Union Square; Trevor, Cochrane, Ont., Sheldon (Tabatha Zinck), New Germany. Grandchildren, Daniel and Anthony. Half brothers, Boyd (Karen) Oickle, Cookville; Gregory (Stephanie) Oickle, Bridgewater; Bradford (Janet) Oickle, Edmonton; Larry Oickle, Pinehurst. Several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his step father Rex Oickle. Visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m., Wednesday in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, #4895 route 10, New Germany. Funeral 2 p.m., Thursday in St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Union Square. Rev. Tom Henderson officiating. Burial will follow in the Union Square Cemetery.
