Obituary of Barry MacPherson

Barry Albert MacPherson 53, Simpsons Corner, Lunenburg Co., passed away Monday, August 18, 2003 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Bridgewater he was a son of Thelma (Frank) MacPherson, Chester and the late Daniel MacPherson. He was a past member of the New Germany and Area Lions Club and past member of the Royal Canadian Legion branch 102, New Germany. He has been employed by Michelin Tires for 32 years. Surviving are his wife the former Susan Veinot. Daughter, Tammy; son Terry both at home. Several nieces and nephews. Visitation 7 – 9 p.m., Tuesday in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, #4895 route 10, New Germany. Funeral 11 a.m., Wednesday in Epworth United Church, New Germany, Rev. Linda Kuschnik officiating. Private family burial will follow in Epworth Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Health Services of the South Shore.
