Obituary of Elizabeth Oakes

Elizabeth Ann "Libby" Oakes 64, of Conquerall Bank, Lunenburg County, passed away February 27, 2003 at home. Born in Conquerall Bank, she was a daughter of the late Ellis and Nellie (Cleversey) Wentzell. She is survived by her husband, Donald; son, Kevin (Lillian), Dartmouth; grandsons, Craig and Logan, both of Dartmouth; brothers, Clayton (Shantee), Whitby, Ontario; Byron (Gayle), Newmarket, Ontario; Roderick (Margaret), Conquerall Bank; a sister, Mabel Jane (Michael) Robar, Chelsea. Visitation will be held Saturday from 7 to 9pm in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater and from where funeral service will be held 3pm Sunday, Rev. Jonathan McKay officiating. Burial will follow in the Maple Leaf Cemetery, Conquerall Bank. Family flowers only.
