Obituary of Milton Dan Hebb

of Milton Dan Hebb 71 of Conquerall Bank, Lunenburg County, passed away peacefully at home on October 27, 2008 with his family at his side. Milton worked for Irving Oil Company for 32 years until his retirement in 1997. He was a Honouary member of the Conquerall Bank Fire Department and a member of the Mic Mac Rod and Gun Club. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Lynn; son Scott and daughter in-law Tammy, Marriott’s Cove. He was affectionately known as “Poppy” to grandchildren Jordan and Megan. Milton was the son of the late Everette and Nina (Newcomb) Hebb and is survived by brothers Mervin (Donna Lee) St. Martins, New Brunswick and Martin (Hazel), Wileville along with several nieces and nephews. He will also be missed by his dog Shadow. He was predeceased by his sister in-law Francis Hebb. Visitation will be held 7 to 9 pm Wednesday October 29 in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Funeral service will be held 11 am Thursday October 30 in St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Bridgewater, Rev. Paul Jensen officiating. Burial will follow in the Newcombville Cemetery.
