Obituary of Raymond Whynot

Raymond Lester Whynot 71, Rhodes Corner, passed away in Fishermen’s Memorial Hospital, Lunenburg on April 7, 2004 after a short battle with cancer. Born, December 1, 1932 in Laconia, he was the son of the late Gilbert and Lillas (Deal) Whynot. Surviving are his brothers, Curtis (Pearl); Keith, both of Rhodes Corner; Emerson (Marilyn), Wileville; Leaman (Audrey), Hebbville; Hazen (Judy), Dayspring. Sister, Verlene Henderson, Bridgewater; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, Douglas and Roland. Visitation 7 -9 p.m. Sunday at Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Interment will be 12:15 p.m. Monday in Newcombville Cemetery, followed by funeral service at 1:30 p.m. at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, Rhodes Corner. Rev. Fred Schmidt officiating.
