Obituary of Frank Boston

Frank Sinclair Boston It is with great sadness that the family of Frank Sinclair Boston, announces his passing on November 18, 2005, at age 91 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. He was a son of the late Frank and Amy (Clendinning) Boston (Montreal). He is survived by his beloved wife, Marjorie of 63 years; sons, David (Linda), Bridgewater; Ron (Jean), Middle LaHave; grandchildren, Cara Boston, Halifax; Wendy (Joel) Litt, Halifax; Shona (William) Rodenhiser, Bridgewater; Trevor Boston, Ontario; Heather Boston, Germany; great-grandchildren, Noah Rodenhiser, Jaxon and Rory Litt; his sister, Thelma Thompson, Montreal. He was predeceased by sisters, Ruth Renshaw and Connie Swaffield; brothers, Norman and Melville. Frank held positions in Montreal, Que. throughout his working career which included Secretary Treasurer of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, Secretary Treasurer of Perkins Paper Products, Vice-President of Rite Tissue Mills, Secretary Treasurer of Signal Ford and Vice-President of Guardian Trust. After retirement he was Vice-President of Dafron Industries Limited of Bridgewater. In his youth he was a talented gymnast, having won the Dominion of Canada Trophy at a National Tournament in 1937. He followed with great interest the activities of his grandchildren and he also enjoyed swinging his golf clubs at the golf course. The family wish to extend their thanks to Dr. Weagle and all the hospital staff who cared for Frank. In lieu of flowers, donations in Frank's memory can be made to the South Shore Regional Hospital Foundation. The funeral will be a private service for family only. We will all miss him very much.
