Obituary of Mildred Smith

Mildred Ruth Smith 87, Lower Branch, passed away on Monday, May 23, 2005 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Lower Branch, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Edna (Snyder) Conrad. Surviving are her son, Arthur (Marjorie) Smith, Lower Branch; granddaughters, Donna Croft, Crousetown; Gail Peach, Lower Branch; four great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Leo. There will be no visitation at the funeral home by request. A public graveside service will be held 3 p.m. Wednesday, in Brookside Cemetery, Bridgewater. Rev. Ivan Norton officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia.
