Obituary of Herman Wentzell

Herman Stanley Wentzell 89, of Midville Branch, Lunenburg County, passed away February 13, 2005 in Fishermen’s Memorial Hospital, Lunenburg. Born in Midville Branch, he was a son of the late George and Jessie (Snyder) Wentzell. He is survived by his sons, Mylon (Rose), Oshawa, Ont.; Hector (Kimberley Jarvis), Midville Branch; daughters, Mercedes (Roy) Veinot, Stayner, Ont.; Janet Wentzell, New Germany; 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; sister Olive Seamone, Bakers Settlement. She was predeceased by his wife Mildred; son Lindsay, in infancy; brothers Sherman and Russell and Chester; and a sister Lucille. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 7 to 9pm in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater and from where funeral service will be held 2:30 Wednesday, Rev. Willis Ott officiating. Burial will follow in the Midville Branch Cemetery. Family flowers only. In lieu of flowers, memorial donation may be made to the charity of your choice.
