Obituary of Lorna Hirtle

Lorna May Hirtle 87, of Bridgewater, passed away Sunday April 23, 2006 in the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Lilydale, Lunenburg County, she was the daughter of the late Warden and Bessie (Acker) Tanner. She is survived by her daughter, Linda (Hirtle) Smith, Bridgewater; grandsons, Stephen (Christine) Smith, Bridgewater; Scott (Dawn) Smith, Hebbville; granddaughter, Melissa (Franklin) Boudreau, Port Medway; great grandchildren, Dominique, Morgan, Jessica, Hunter. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles Raymond Hirtle and her son, Richard. In keeping with her wishes, there will be a graveside service for immediate family. No flowers by request. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the N. S. Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Breast Cancer Society.
