Obituary of Phyllis Trider

Phyllis G. Trider 80, of the Berkley, Halifax, passed away Monday, November 20, 2006 at the Q E II Health Sciences Center, Halifax. Born in LaHave, she was a daughter of the late Leander and Pearl (Richard) Creaser. Phyllis lived in Halifax, Bedford and LaHave. She was a long time employee of General Motors Acceptance Corp.; member of the Eastern Star in Bedford and a member of the West Side United Church, Pentz. She is survived by her sister, Doris Conrad, Voglers Cove; nieces and nephews and will also be missed by special friend, Takis (Poppy). She was predeceased by her husband Clifford G. Trider, brothers, Cecil, Arnold, Harding; sister, Glendeen Himmelman. A graveside service will be held Friday at 2pm in the Fort Point Cemetery, LaHave, Rev Neil McEwen officiating. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice. There will be no visitation at the funeral home by request.
