Pauline Barbara Woodworth (Howe)
77, of Laconia, Lunenburg County, passed away June 10, 2006 with her loving family by her side in the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Elmsdale, December 7, 1928, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Mary (Paul) Howe. She is survived by daughters, Linda (Harold) MacDonald, Cole Harbour; Arlene (Kevin) Gallagher, Burnaby, BC; Charlotte (Derek) Wamboldt, Waterloo; sons, Everett (Katherine), Edmonton, Alberta; Shawn, Middleton; Travis, at home; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters, Flossie Markie, Truro; Florence Starzynsk, Sault Ste. Marie, Ont; Marlene Rowe, Victoria, BC.; Roxie Asprey, Sheet Harbour; Cathy Smiley, Cole Harbour; brothers Doug and James, both of Sheet Harbour; Albert and Donald both of Cole Harbour. She was predeceased by her husband, Everett; infant daughter, Brenda; sisters, Anne, Dorothy, Blanche and Laverne. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 2 to 4pm in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater, with cremation to follow. A graveside service will be held 11am Wednesday in the Newcombville Cemetery, Rev. Paul Jensen officiating. No flowers by request. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or the charity of your choice.
