Obituary of Bertram Richard

Bertram L. F. Richard 88, of LaHave, passed away February 17, 2001 in the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in LaHave, he was the youngest son of the late Elias J. and Lauretta (Mullock) Richard. He is survived by 2 sons, William B Richard, Branch LaHave; Moran A. Richard, LaHave; 2 daughters, Janet Richard Haley, Halifax; Deborah F. Richard, Dartmouth; 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife Geneva (Davidson) , a son Allen; brothers Moran and Carmen; a sister Lillian. There will be no visitation at the funeral home by request. Funeral service will be held 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in Sweeny’s Funeral Chapel, Bridgewater, Rev. Roxanne McGaw officiating. Burial will follow in the Fort Point Cemetery, LaHave. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of choice
