Obituary of Lincoln Charles Oickle

of Lincoln Charles Oickle 83, Waterloo, formerly of Wileville, Lunenburg Co., where he lived the past 30 years in Waterloo, passed away Monday, June 23 2008 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Wileville, he was a son of the late Ethel (Oickle) Dorey of Wileville. He worked for Acadia Construction for over 25 years as a truck driver. Surviving are his son, Charles (Linda), Italy Cross; daughters, Pat (George) Rhuland, Bridgewater; Karen Chadwick (Herman Burgess), Falmouth; Cindy (Peter) Robar, Waterloo; 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Jean Fraser; daughter, Sharon (Doug) Bollivar. Visitation for family and friends will be 1-3 p.m. Wednesday in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. A public graveside service will be 11 a.m. Thursday in Dayspring Cemetery, Dayspring, Rev. Paul Jensen officiating. Family flowers only, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
