Dear Anne and Patricia,
I missed Joan's obit when it was published, and found it accidentally today while going through my old newspapers.
I have thought about her many times since Mel passed, but never made it down to visit her. Did you know that Bill passed away? Yes, a few years ago, from pancreatic cancer. Today I wish to send my condolences to you - Joan had many struggles in her life, but I do hope she was comfortable these last years.
Anne, I hope your health is satisfactory and that you have lots of support.

Dear Anne and Pat
I am sending my condolences to you both at this time. Your Mom and Dad were such a big part of the Sinclair family in Middleton. They were so good to my mother all the years they were across the street. We were always welcome to go for a swim in the pool. My daughters loved to go and visit and have a swim.

Hello Anne and Patricia,
I'm so sorry to hear that your mom has passed. She was a very sweet person. My mom, Carolyn and I (and Charlotte, when she was still with us) used to enjoy going to visit her at Harbour View Haven when we were visiting NS. I also have fond memories as a child visiting you guys. Perhaps, Anne, we can have a visit next time I"m up visiting the folks in Ottawa (i'm up in the Georgian Bay area).
