Dear Frauzel family members,
I heard of your moms passing while I was at conference last weekend. I, and my family are eternally in her debt for helping introduce the gospel to us in 1972, and for nurturing and loving us , especially in that first year of our membership while we lived in Oxford. I could not have had a greater example of a truly gracious, smart and Christ-like woman. From the day we were first introduced to her at their home, where she served a delicious homemade chicken soup at short notice, we looked up to her and felt her sincere interest in us.
I know that she had declining health for quite a while, and I picture her now, once again beside John, teaching the gospel. Perhaps they are doing so alongside my husband, who passed away in 2005. Your dad was always so proud of him.
Because of your parents, we listened to the missionaries, and have been an eternal family since being sealed in 1974. I can't express my gratitude strongly enough for all that your mom did for me. Someday I will get to thank Her in person, once again.
My prayers and sympathy are with you all.
With love, Ardith Spinney

We are sending our heartfelt condolences to Margaret's family. She was a wonderful, kind, and caring person. She had a beautiful singing voice and we enjoyed her talents for many years. She is at peace now and reunited with her loving husband John. I am sure they will be so busy on the other side of the veil teaching and preaching and praying for us all. She will be sorely missed, until we all meet again. God bless you all.

Dear Jane, John, Steve:
We wish to express our condolences to you on the passing of your mother. The obituary is a wonderful tribute to her. We were two of the many recipients of their great hospitality, generosity and enthusiasm for people and the gospel. When we lived in Sackville, NB for a few weeks many many years ago they took us "under their wing" while we were there. We have enjoyed our associations with them at various times through the years. When we served a short mission in Amherst four years ago, we got to know your aunt June better, and were again reminded or your parents. They are now rejoicing on being together again after their separation, and will be continuing to pray for the three of you and for all of their expanding family. We will make a contribution to the Canadian Cancer society in memory of your mother
Sincerely, John & Janet MacLennan, Dartmouth, NS
