Obituary of Shirley Elaine Tanner

TANNER, Shirley Elaine – Age 84, Bridgewater, Lunenburg Co., passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Bridgewater, she was a daughter of the late Stephen and Ella May (MacKay) Whynott.

Surviving are her husband, Donald Tanner; daughters, Sharon (Wayne) Veinotte, Oak Hill; Debra Spataro, Riverview, NB; son, Paul, Bridgewater; grandchildren, Tosha, Scott, Vicki, Alicia, Candida, Carlo, Justine, Jordan and Makayla; great-grandchildren, Carrie, Tyler, Madison, Liam, Myles, Lauren, Reed, Mason and Elliott; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by sister, Barbara and two sisters in infancy; brothers, Vernon, Cyril and Ronald.

There will be no visitation or services held at this time. Interment will take place at a later date in Brookside Cemetery, Bridgewater. No flowers by request, donations may be made to South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater.
