Obituary of Hazel May Whynot

WHYNOT, Hazel May – Age 98 of Branch LaHave, Lunenburg Co., passed away Saturday, December 23, 2017 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Branch LaHave, she was a daughter of the late Ernest and Ida (Himmelman) Crouse.

She is survived by her son, Ernest (Nancy); daughter, LaVerne Hawkins (Ray); six grandchildren, Jeffrey, Rachel, Glen, Randy, Shane and Nicolle; five great-grandchildren, Kelsey, Adam, Iyanna, Isaiah, Marcus. She was predeceased by her husband, Wilfred; son, Elmer; daughter, Joye Lambert; granddaughter, April Whynot; brothers, Raymond and Aldred; sister, Helen Zinck.

There will be no visitation by request. A public graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, December 27 in Hillside Cemetery, Branch LaHave. No flowers please, donations may be made to Hillside Cemetery or charity of choice.
