Obituary of Paul Arthur Naas

NAAS, Paul Arthur – Age 87 formerly of Newburne, Lunenburg Co., and more recently of the Rosedale Home for Special Care, New Germany, passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2018 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater.

Born in Union Square, he was a son of the late Dennis and Grace (Joudrey) Naas.

Surviving are his sons, Kelly (Teena), Upper Branch; Brent, Alberta; sister, Muriel (Ross) Aulenback, Burlington, Ont.; brothers, Moyle (Venita) Naas, Barss Corner; Beverley (Julia), Upper Cornwall. Grandchildren, Evan and Kathleen; great-grandchildren, Weston; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Kathleen Vera (Zinck) Naas; son, Troy; sister, Frances Zwicker; brothers, Douglas, Lorraine, Darrell, James and John in infancy.

Visitation 2-4 p.m., Tuesday in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, 4895 highway 10, New Germany. Service will be 2 p.m., Wednesday, in Transfiguration Anglican Church, Newburne with Rev. Catherine Robar officiating. Interment will be at a later date in St. Matthew’s Cemetery, Newburne.
