Obituary of Donna Anne Dorey

DOREY, Donna Anne - Age 64 of Bridgewater, Lunenburg Co., died Thursday, March 15, 2018 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Bridgewater on February 15, 1954 she was a daughter of Doris (Drew) (Joudrey) Himmelman of Bridgewater and the late Phillip Himmelman.

Donna worked at Weagle’s Bakery, Bridgewater, for 42 years before her retirement in 2014. Donna loved to travel. She enjoyed numerous trips to sandy beaches and sunny skies in Florida, Bahamas, Cuba and the Dominican Republic.

Survived by her loving partner, Melvin Crouse; mother, Doris Himmelman (Roger Selig); brother, Brian (Carol) Himmelman; sister, Darlene (Len) Ells; nieces, Shelby Himmelman, Rylie Ells; and nephew Jordan Ells.

She was predeceased by her father, Phillip Himmelman and her husband, Donald Dorey.

There will be no visitation by request. A public graveside service will be held 2 p.m., Tuesday, March 20 in Brookside Cemetery, Bridgewater, Rev. Willis Ott officiating. Immediate family flowers only, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
