Obituary of Barry Saye Smith

SMITH, Barry Saye– Age 85, of New Germany, passed away peacefully on May 19^th, 2018 at Rosedale Home for Special Care, New Germany. Born on February 22^nd, 1933 in England. Barry was the 3^rd son of the late Cedric and Ruth Smith.He is survived by his children and their families, Michael (Judy); Julie (Jim) Siggens; and Timothy; grandson, Ryan (Valerie); granddaughter, Victoria (Will) Burgess. He was predeceased by his wife, Patricia on July 19^th, 2013. All who met this dear man soon saw that he was both a gentleman and a gentle man. He was dearly loved for that.A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, May 26^th, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. to be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, New Germany. Our most sincere gratitude goes to the beautiful Rosedale Home for Special care for their loving and tireless care to our beloved father and grandfather. Dear Dad spoke often of how much he loved being there and loved all who took such wonderful care of him. They truly did provide “Special Care”.
