Dear Mary and Family,
I was deeply saddened to hear of Bob's death. I had the great pleasure of meeting bob at the Bridgewater Curling Club. I curled with and against Bob on many occasions. I found him to be a most interesting, and energetic individual whom I held in great respect. He was a team player not only on the ice but on various committees especially working tirelessly preparing the Lunches for inter-club and the closing banquets. We thank you too Mary for the large role you played in assisting to make each of these function so memorable.
As a result of my involvement in carpentry I also met many times with Bob at Bucks where we would converse, then conduct business. He told such wonderful stories and with a good sense of humour. I will miss him.
Mary, please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss.

Mary, So sorry to hear about Bob. I just would like you to know how much I learned to appreciate him as a person from my experiences at the curling club. We both shared the Holy Grail of Curling , an eight ender, which I know was equally important to him, and so illusive to most.
Our club has forever been enriched by his presence, as well as your assistance. I'm sure it would be fitting to add his name above the kitchen as well as Sadie's.

Mary, so very very sad to hear of Bob's passing. I got to know Bob volunteering alongside him at the curling club, be it on the Executive or working an event. He was an amazing gentleman, and swiftly became a true friend. Never a dull moment "pitching in" with him to support an event in that his quick wit and constant, genuine smile was endless. He will be very much missed by all the hearts he touched over the years, including mine. My heartfelt thoughts are with you now and in the days ahead!

Mary, the Executive and Members of the Bridgewater Curling Club share your loss. There are not enough words to describe Bob's commitment to BCC. A willing and spirited member of the Club and it's Executive Committee he was always there to lend more than a helping hand! He will be very much missed and fondly remembered by all of us!

So sorry to hear of Bob’s passing. I met Bob in the curling rink and so enjoyed curling with, and against him. He loved the sport and was so keen in improving his game which he did with flying colours. A good guy who will be missed by many.

Bob was a wonderful and very interesting person. He was so generous with his time and talents and had many stories to tell. Bob helped in many ways at the Bridgewater Curling Club and his efforts were appreciated greatly.
We are privileged to have some of his lawn chairs that he liked to make and will think of him often.
