Obituary of Erna Marguerite Joudrey

JOUDREY, Erna Marguerite – Age 82, of West Northfield, Lunenburg Co., passed away at home on Tuesday, August 6, 2019. Born in Upper Northfield, she was a daughter of the late Bert Maxwell and Ivy Mae (Oickle) Dauphinee.

Surviving are her husband of 61 years, Wilfred Arthur Joudrey; daughter, Belinda (Ray) Larade, Lower Northfield; sons, Darrell, Halifax; Scott (Judy), Maitland; grandchildren, Nicholas, Timothy, Nicole, Emma, Hannah and Catherine; sister, Patricia (Cyril) Mayo, West Northfield; brother, Arthur (Jayne) Dauphinee, Lower Northfield; a niece and several nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by an infant twin sister at birth, Ena.

Visitation 7-9 p.m., Thursday, August 8 in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, 35 York Street, Bridgewater. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m., Friday, August 9 in St. Andrew’s Anglican Church, West Northfield with Rev. Catherine Robar and Rev. Gordon Druggett officiating. Private family interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, West Northfield.
