Obituary of Ruth Catherine Hewey

HEWEY, Ruth Catherine - Age 92 of West Clifford, passed away on August 21, 2019 in the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater.

Born in Waterloo, Ruth was a daughter of the late Gordon and Minnie (Wile) Floyd. She loved hunting and fishing.

Ruth is survived by her son, Dougald (Florence) Wile, West Clifford; grandchildren, Sherrie and Darren; great grandchildren, Karisten and Chandler; great great grandchildren, Alexis, Freya and Trinity. She was predeceased by her husband, Leland and brothers, Arthur and Leroy.

Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Sweeny’s Funeral Home, 35 York Street, Bridgewater.  A graveside service will take place at a Baker Settlement Cemetery on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at 11 a.m., Rev. Paul Jensen officiating.
