Marjorie was the youngest sister of my late Grandmother, Esther Meisner. I have many fond memories of visiting Mary and Marjorie at there home in Middlewood whenever we visited my Grandparents. I can remember arriving one afternoon and Marjorie was in the middle of chasing of a porcupine with a rake because it kept getting into her garden and eating all the carrots. She was quite flustered when we first arrived, but we all had a great laugh. The Porcupine survived his encounter, but I believe he did return.

So sorry to hear of Marjorie's passing. Marjorie's sister, Esther, was my daughters ( Sara Meisner) great-great grandmother. I remember visiting Mary and Marjorie at their home in Middlewood on numerous occasions with my daughters grandfather, David. They would always send us home with some home made goodies. Was always a nice treat. May you rest easy Marjorie. ❤
