Obituary of Nellie Agnes Veinot

of Nellie Agnes Veinot Of Bridgewater, passed away at Rosedale Home for Special Care, New Germany on May 3, 2008 at the young age of 100 years. Nellie was born at Riversdale (Pinehurst) on January 12, 1908, the only daughter of the late James and Bessie McKean. She was predeceased by her husband, Alvin Veinot; brothers, Gordon McKean, Halifax; Perley McKean, Massachusetts; Ralph McKean, Pinehurst. She is survived by son, Vernon (Sharon) Veinot, Stoney Plain, Alb; her favorite niece, Joanne (McKean) Chaisson, Wentzell Lake; granddaughter, Michele, Winnipeg; step grand daughter, Jacqueline (Alan) Ticheler, Andrea (Chad) Labelle; 5 great grandchildren, all of Alberta, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Friday in Sweeny’s Funeral Chapel, Bridgewater. Rev. Ivan Norton officiating.
