Joy was a joy to be around. We grew up in the court, went to school together, played together, read together ... in many ways it was a charmed childhood. We kept each others secrets.
I last saw Joy 10 years ago when we both were back in Silverwood to visit family. I spent time teaching her how to use Facebook. That was fun. :)
To her family ... Kathy and Lynne, my heart goes out to you, you've just lost a precious member of your family. To her 'boys' - you were loved and protected.
