Obituary of Clarence M. Whynot

of Clarence M. Whynot 91, Bridgewater, passed away peacefully on April 6, 2008 in the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Springfield, Anna. Co., he was a son of the late Wallace and Alice (Nauss) Whynot. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family. He was a veteran of the Second World War serving with the Royal Canadian Army from 1942 to 1945 in Holland, Belgium, France and Germany. He is survived by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife the former V. Beatrice Wilneff; brothers, James, Arthur, Steadman, Carl; sisters, Bertha and Pauline. Visitation will be held Thursday from 1 to 2pm in Sweeny’s Funeral Chapel, Bridgewater and where funeral service will follow at 2pm, Rev. Ivan Norton officiating. Burial will be in the Brookside Cemetery, Bridgewater. Family flowers only, memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
