Dear Wendy, Roger and Tabitha. The most difficult time for a parent and sibling to which there are no words to offer except that others will help with your pain. I haven't seen Lucinda since she was a little one but have often heard her praises from coworkers in the nursing field. She was an inspiration to many and left us way to soon. On earth she flew without wings but now has wings to fly above. Take care and hugs to you all.

I had the pleasure of working with Lucinda but what impressed me during that time was her part in establishing the CRC unit.
What impressed me about her personality was the motorcycle riding, my type of woman.
I sincerely send my prayers for her family, friends and co-workers

Lucinda embodied every sugary sweet, spicy, sassy and savoury essence, we could have ever imagined in a soul Sister. Her pixie energy filled the room and there was nothing better than squeezing that lil jumping bean in my arms...Lucinda gave the best hugs. Every hug she ever gave, felt like it might be the last one she’d ever give...delivered from the depth of her sweet butterfly soul, directly into the soul of whom ever she embraced. Lucinda inspired me as a Woman, a Mother, a care giver and the best kind of friend. She was the kind of friend, that no matter how much time passed, her magical emerald eyes and mischievous smiley giggle, could erase months and years. Lucinda embraced every moment with her whole, big, beautiful heart...a true inspiration of goodness, human tenacity and Sisterhood, she will always be with us, just beyond the veil.
Our deepest condolences to Lucinda’s precious children and family, as well as her dear friends and valued coworkers.
Love always, Leah and Glen Sharpe

This is so very sad. My most sincere condolences to the family. I remember walking into home room in grade 10 and seeing Lucinda there - I didn't know her, really - but her big smile and confident energy were impossible to ignore. I was drawn to her instantly. I have a wonderful memory of joining her family weekend at Parlee Beach and being so charmed by how this family truly enjoyed and appreciated each other. We lost touch, but I will always remember Lucinda. I am so, so sorry for your loss.
