Annie Marguerite Banks 91, Bridgewater, Lunenburg County, passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2009 at home. Born in Bridgewater, she was a daughter of the late George and Mary (Weagle) Dorey. Surviving are daughters, Marjorie (Frank) O’Brien, Bridgewater; Audrey (Richard) Wamboldt, Wileville; June (Vincent) Hubley, Mount Pleasant; son, Ira Jr., Bridgewater; 11 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren; sisters, Helen Stewart, Bridgewater; Nellie Feener, Bridgewater; Beatrice Thompson, Lower Branch. Predeceased by husband, James Ira; sons, James and Roy; sisters, Sarah Clarke, Gladys Selig, Adelaide Maloney; brothers, Temery Dorey; Tracy Dorey, Joey Dorey. Visitation 2-4 p.m., Tuesday in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Funeral 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Bridgewater. Rev. Ron Appleton officiating.
