Dear Family and Friends of Brenda, I was so sad to hear of Brenda's passing. I worked with her from a distance (she was in the Regional Centre office and I am in a school), but in all of my interactions and conversations with Brenda, she was a lovely person, wonderfully helpful and never made me feel bad for asking a ton of questions. She will be hugely missed. Sending prayers and hugs to all of Brenda's family and friends.

My condolences to the Richard family and all those close to Brenda.
I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Brenda only a few times; however, her impression was a lasting one. Brenda carried a presence that allowed you to “feel at home”, even if you weren’t at home. I recall my last encounter with Brenda, where I was departing Nicole and Jaimes wedding. I gave her a hug and jokingly told her I was going to move in sometime down the road, because of the feeling “at home” that she and her family made us (Myself and Angela) feel.
It was clear to me Brenda passed on her family values and ability to care for others onto her daughters, and shared those values with Tony.
Brenda will be missed.
