Jack was a very dear friend who welcomed our family along with Mary Lou.We had many late night card games along with great snacks which Jack enjoyed.The many adventure we went on which we loved every minute.Jack will truly be missed with fond memories . Love always Bev,Grant and Venessa.

It has been a long time since I saw Jack, Mary Lou and Ian, but I have many wonderful memories of their generosity and kindness to my dad, mom and myself. I am very sorry to hear of Jack's passing, but I know he lived life to the fullest.

What can I say about Jack Shaw, I was best buds with Ian for many years, in our teenage years and beyond.We were a group of many friends, all of were misfits and hell raisers , do anything without thinking of the consequences.. maybe lots were like us in the 80’s but I doubt it. We had fun and trouble found us from time to time… When I met Jack I liked him right away.. I knew the feeling wasn’t mutual lol… but Mr Jack Shaw took myself and all of our crew not only into his home but hired all of us to work for him. When he talked to u… he was talking to u… I pissed him off so many times but Jack always treated me and all of us with respect… he might curse u out and showed his disappointment in you.. but you knew you screwed up… and you deserved it, but you left feeling better because Jack said things will work out.. 40 years later and I know I carry myself the way I do partly because of Jack…He done us all fair.. I always admired and respected him for the way he treated us all.. And thank you Mary-Lou as well for treating us well… from my family to yours… Love and Respect ❤️❤️ Maxx Marrs
