Obituary of Gary Ellis Wile

Age 76, of Auburndale, Lunenburg Co., passed away after a brief illness on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 in the Q.E. II Infirmary, Halifax. Born December 24, 1945, he was a son of the late Ellis Otto and Betty Ann (Crouse) Wile.

Gary was an accountant for his working career; prior to retiring, he was an accountant for the Municipality of the District of Lunenburg working in the administration office. Gary was a hard worker regardless of the task. After retirement, Gary loved working around his property in Auburndale.

Surviving is his wife of 53 years, Judy Ann (Wile) Wile; daughters, Crystal Wile, Sackville; Melissa Wile, Auburndale; grandchildren, Rebecca Wren, Savannah Wren, Tyson Wile; great-grandchildren, Chase Murphy, Dax Murphy and Hunter Morris; sister, Carolyn Fancy, Camperdown; brothers, Mark Wile, Wileville; Michael Wile, Pleasantville; many nieces and nephews.
