Obituary of Martha Marie (Publicover)-Kaizer

October 16, 1950 - August 9, 2022

Martha Marie(Publicover)-Kaizer,  – peacefully at Lohnes Rest Home, Scarsdale. She was the youngest daughter of the late Roy E. and Margaret I. (Rhodenizer) Publicover. Martha is formerly of 18 Bushen Hill Road, West Dublin.

Martha was kind and thoughtful and enjoyed what she wanted to do. She loved listening to country music, watching T.V., the Gospel, going for drives and shopping. Earlier in life she enjoyed boat rides, picnics with family, swimming, rabbits, budgies, guinea pigs, knitting, rug hooking and driving her bicycle occasionally from West Dublin to Bridgewater. She loved sending cards and receiving them. She spoke highly of her nieces and nephews.

Martha is survived by brothers, Cecil G. Publicover, Halifax and Ronald N. Publicover, West Dublin; many cousins; aunt, Marian Ewer, Dartmouth; brother-in-law, Joseph Raczkovi, Welland, Ontario.

Martha was predeceased by her husband, Harvey; sisters, Betty Lou (Wilfred) Cormier, Bridgewater and Jennie May Raczkovi (July 24, 2022), Welland, Ontario.

A very special thank you to everyone who was so kind to Martha during her stay at Lohnes Rest Home and to all the doctors and nurses.

Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Sweeny`s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 15, 2022 at 2 p.m. in BayView Cemetery, Crescent Beach. If people want to bring flowers from their garden it will be greatly appreciated. Donations may be made to St. John Anglican Church, west Dublin.
