Obituary of Deborah Langille

Deborah Ann (Debbie) Langille 57, Bridgewater, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at home. Born June 21, 1950 in Bridgewater, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Corinne (Jolicoeur) Langille. She is survived by her brother, Dennis (Beth), niece Leanne, Kentville; step mother Pearl Langille and step sister Linda Copeland , Bridgewater; step brothers Michael (Carol) Copeland, Dr. Richard (Laura) Copeland, Moncton, N.B., Jim (Louise) Copeland, Wolfville; aunt Celia Mader, cousin Nancy (Ken) Petrie, Mahone Bay and several other cousins. She was predeceased by her mother Corinne (1980) and her father Raymond (2007), her maternal grandparents Annie and Rock Jolicoeur, paternal grandparents Annie and Artemas Langille. Debbie and her best friend Linda were energetic hockey fans and loved going to karaoke, playing cards with their friends or trying their luck at bingo. As Debbie’s friends, co-workers at the Ark, and family knew she loved to keep everyone up to date with the “news” on the telephone. She loved her summers at Blysteiner Lake where she cared for the various family pets and even a pet raccoon. No visitation at the funeral home by request. Funeral 2 p.m., Friday in Bridgewater Baptist Church, King St. with Rev. Sara Duffy officiating. A family interment will be at the Brookside cemetery followed by a reception at Bridgewater Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the ARK, King St. Bridgewater or charity of your choice.
