Sylvia and I met back in the 1990s when she and Frank camped in Myrtle Beach, SC. I can't explain why but we remained friends for over 30 years, corresponding several times a year until our hands could barely write a word. We shared many activities alike especially gardening and camping. In 2018 my husband and I visited Sylva at her home in Nova Scotia (see picture)in our camper, and except that we were now both gray haired ladies, Sylvia was as beautiful and friendly as the day we met. I will miss her, especially exchanging our annual Christmas letters. Rest in eternal peace my special, dear friend. Janine Joyner, Venice, Florida
