Peggy was the first tenant that my mom(Rose Feener) and I met when mom moved into the Pineview apartments. She invited us into her apartment to see it. She was very nice, and she and mom realized that we had lived only a few streets below High Street, but hadn't seen or heard of each other in years. So sorry to hear of her passing and sincere condolences to all the family.
