Obituary of "Rosalita" Tumblin

TUMBLIN, Erma “Rosalita” – Age 79, of West Dublin. Passed away on Friday January 19, 2024, in the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. She was the daughter of the late Parker and Juanita (Bush) Bush, of Bush Island.

Rosalita is survived by her son, Randall (Deb) Tumblin, Jenkin’s Island; daughter, Krista Welsh, West Dublin; grandchildren, Megan, St. John’s, NF, and Brandon, Lower Sackville; great-grandchild, Jacob; sisters, Debbie (Vernon) Beck, West Dublin, Susan (Jack) Herman, Crescent Beach, Wanda Little, Crousetown; step-sister, Dottie (Dennis) Bush, Italy Cross; brothers, Myles (Bonnie) Bush, Liverpool, Barry (Nita) Bush, Bush Island, Keith Bush, West Dublin; sister-in-law, Shirley Bush, Bridgewater; and many nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, Rosalita was predeceased by her husband, Moyle; brother, Marcus Bush; step-brother, Dougie Bush; sister-in-law, Debbie Bush; son-in-law, Darrell Welsh; and brother-in-law, Craig Little.

The family would like to send a “special thanks” to the nurses, doctors, and staff of the South Shore Regional Hospital, and a special mention for Alex, for their exceptional care while Rosalita was in their care.

A graveside memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia, Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada, The Kidney Foundation of Canada, or Peaceful Hill Cemetery, West Dublin.
