Obituary of Joseph Drennan

Joseph "Joe" Drennan 96, of Hebbville, Lunenburg County, passed away April 6, 2009 in the Hillside Pines, Home for Special Care, Bridgewater. Born in Belfast, Ireland, he was a son of the late Thomas Alexander and Margaret (McNeilly) Drennan. He is survived by his wife, the former Alma Beck; son Max (Kelly), Hebbville; grandson, Michael (Nancy), Hebbville; great grandson, Tyler Drennan, Hebbville; granddaughter-in-law, Anna Maughan, Hebbville; brother, Edward, Scarsdale; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Thomas; sisters, Mary Bleau, Nellie Corkum and a sister, Margaret in infancy. Visitation will be Thursday from 7 to 9pm in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater and from where memorial service will be held 2pm Saturday, Rev Paul Jensen officiating. No flowers by request.
