We were one of many who had the privilege of knowing Jean, and having one of her beautiful wedding cakes. My dad and her companion Ross were good friends and I remember many visits back on the farm with Ross, Jean, and Jean's mother. As a child I also remember Jean when she worked at Basil Oickle Dry goods and her famous VW Beetle, she always found a way to make me giggle. Sincerest condolences to her family and friends.
