Obituary of Patricia Ann Dolliver

DOLLIVER, Patricia Ann – It is with profound sadness that the family announce the sudden passing of Patricia (Patsy) Ann Dolliver on July 12^th, 2024, at South Shore Regional Hospital with family by her side. Patsy was the daughter of the late George Rhodenhiser and Violet (Croft) Joudrey, and was lovingly brought up by Violet and her step-father Walter Joudrey, who loved her like his own.

Patsy was a kind and loving person, never one to complain and adored by everyone that knew her. She had a smile that would light up a room. Mom would often say “It’s a great life if you don’t weaken”, and she never did weaken.

Patsy is survived by her son Kevin (Connie) Dolliver; grandchildren Brandi (mike Conrad), Chantele (Scott Kendall); great-grandchildren Koehn and Kianna Dolliver, and Aubree and Violet Kendall. Patsy was predeceased by her loving husband Gerald who treated her like his princess; her grandson Brett Dolliver who loved her with all his heart; and her brother David Joudrey, whom she was reunited with for a short time at Rosedale Home for Special Care.

The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at South Shore Regional Hospital Emergency Department, and the staff at Rosedale Home for Special Care who took excellent care of her for the last few years. A special thank you to Patsy’s beloved niece, Vicki Hiltz, who supported and guided us through this difficult time.

There will be no visitation and no service by request. Memorial donations may be made to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, or Rosedale Home for Special Care.
