Obituary of Walter "Bo" John Gregg

GREGG, Walter John "Bo"., Sr. – Age 81, Bridgewater, Lunenburg Co., formerly of Saint John, Miramichi and Montreal, passed away on Friday, July 19, 2024, at home in Bridgewater. Born in Saint John, he was a son of the late Donald William John and Edith May (Lasher) Gregg.

Surviving is his wife, Pauline Mary (Mullin) Gregg; daughter, Kimberly (Michael) Jones, Hammonds Plains; Walter John (Julie) Gregg, Jr., Halifax; grandchildren, Clare, Simon, Caroline, John, Cecilia, Joseph, Kai, Josie and Kian; sister, Carol Turnbull, Halifax and several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a son in infancy, Joseph; sisters, Patsy and Joan; brothers, David and Donald.

Visitation will be held 10 a.m., to 12 noon, Wednesday, July 24 in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, 35 York Street, Bridgewater with Mass of Christian Burial at 2 p.m., in Saint Joseph’s Catholic Church, Bridgewater. Father Keith Billard officiating. Interment will take place in Saint Thomas Catholic Cemetery, Red Bank, NB.
