Obituary of Patricia Agnes Perrin

Perrin, Patricia Agnes – Age 100 of Bridgewater, passed away Monday August 26, 2024, in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Halifax on March 17, 1924, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Caroline “Carrie” (Power) Kenty. She is survived by sister-in-law, Margaret Kenty; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, William; stepfather, Wilfred Doyle; sister, Marguerite Myers and brother, Gerald Kenty; brother-in-law, Jonathan “Jack” Myers.

Patricia worked in the office of Irving Oil and in the district office for Dominion Stores, Bayers Road until her retirement. Patricia was an executive member of the Northwest Seniors Club and a member of the Waegwoltic Club. She was an avid bridge player, and a great reader. Patricia enjoyed playing Bingo and her Florida trips and cruises with friends. She was a volunteer at Pier 21 gift shop and the Nova Scotia Lung Association.

Memorial service will be 2 p.m., Wednesday, September 4 in St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Bridgewater. Committal service will be 2 p.m., Thursday, September 5 in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Halifax. Donations in Patricia’s memory may be made to South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater or St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church.
