We bought land from Wayne in 2018, little did we know he would become such an asset to us in overseeing the development of the land while we resided in Newfoundland. We visited Nova Scotia many times in those 6 years and we always visited Wayne and not only became great friends, but became more like family. We finally moved to Nova Scotia this past June and got to spend more time with Wayne and were excited to show him all the new changes day after day at our new home site. We are filled with so much sadness that he didn't get to see the new house arrive and will never get to spend time with us there. This little community lost a really good one! Our condolences to Christine and Wendy and families and also to his North River family Angie and family! We are sure going to miss him! Dennis & Cheryl Therrien
