So sorry to hear of Don’s passing. I worked with Don at RBC Business Banking in Kentville. I can still see his smile and hear his chuckle. We got along well together. To Vanna and the family, take comfort in knowing your Don was respected and loved by many. May your memories comfort you in your time of grief and be your reason to smile when you think of him. You are all in my prayers.

What a shock when Wayne let me know about Don.. Don and I worked together at CIBC Queen and Grafton. Charlottetown. We had a lot of good times and great memories. (Especially the wedding we had at one of our Christmas Parties. Don in his crinoline had to be one of the ugliest flower girls I have ever seen. He was always a good sport. To Vanna and family my sincere sympathies at this difficult time

My sincere condolences to Vanna and your family. Donnie and I worked together at CIBC and had become friends many years ago; however, we lost touch when CIBC transferred me to Nfld. I always enjoyed being on training courses with Don and enjoyed visiting he and Vanna in Moncton. My thoughts are with you during this very challenging time. Cherish all those wonderful memories of a great guy!

Sending our heartfelt condolences on the loss of Don. We were so saddened and shocked when we received this very sad news. I will always remember Don as such a kind neighbour with a grin that always reminded me of a devilish little boy. I wont forget his patience on the golf course when I continually walked in the sandtrap and he continually walked behind me raking it not saying a word but grinning the whole time. Vanna and girls I am holding you in my thoughts and prayers as you face the days ahead. Hold on to your precious memories. Rhonda Jackson and family

Vanna, Michelle, Becky, and Sara. Meg and I are so sorry for your loss. You are all in our thoughts, and prayers. Uncle Donnie was always so easy to talk to, and had such a warm personality. I have fond memories of him, and still tell the story of the time that my Uncle played golf with the Philadelphia Flyers , and went out of his way to get hockey cards signed for his nephew. I remember the letter her wrote to me when he returned my hockey cards, and how happy he made me! He will be missed, our deepest condolences- Justin and Meg Urquhart

I am so sorry to hear of Don’s passing. My heart breaks for your loss.
He was an “awesome” boss at CIBC, groundbreaking in his approach, maintaining the highest standards, he led by example to strive for perfection.
I learned so much from him! His “coaching” served me well in the next/final chapter of my career working with business clients. I wish that I had told him that. Thinking of you all at this sad time.
