Obituary of Charles Earl Lantz

Charles Earl Lantz 89, of Pleasantville, Lun. Co. passed away at North Queens Nursing Home, Caledonia on Thursday September 10, 2009. Born December 8, 1919 in Pleasantville, he was the oldest child of the late S. Paul and Eveline (Leary) Lantz. He is survived by siblings, Pearl Schofield, New Minas; Arleen Brown, Meadowvale; Emily Conrod, Porters Lake; Phyllis Himmelman, Mount Pleasant; Lloyd (Lila), Upper LaHave; Gordon (Annie), Clyde, Alberta; Luetta (Keith) Joudrey, Pleasantville; 12 nieces and 16 nephews. He was predeceased by sister, Gladys Rhodenhiser, Pleasantville. There will be no visitation and a private committal service will take place at the Pleasantville Cemetery. A public memorial service will be held 2pm Saturday, September 19 in the Pleasantville Baptist Church, Rev. Philip Locke officiating. Family flowers only. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Pleasantville Baptist Church or the charity of your choice.
