Obituary of Marguerite Marie MacKay

Marguerite Marie MacKay 75, Wentzell Lake, Lunenburg Co., passed away on Monday, September 21, 2009 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in New Canada, she was a daughter of the late Willard and Erna (Seamone) MacKay. She was a life-long member of Mount Calvary Lutheran Church, Upper Northfield. Surviving are her daughter, Joanne Fancey, Upper Northfield; granddaughter, Jennifer (St. Clair) Joudrey, Upper Northfield; brothers, Laurie (Rio) MacKay, New Canada; sister, Thelma (Gordie) Mader, Halifax. She was predeceased by her husband, Lemuel; sister, Viola Lyons; brother, Mark MacKay. Visitation, 7-9 p.m. Wednesday in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Funeral 11 a.m. Thursday in Mount Calvary Lutheran Church, Upper Northfield. Rev. William Gustafson officiating. Private family burial to follow in Hillside Cemetery, Upper Northfield.
